Fast forward to Saturday, May 17, and Ree revealed the couple finally said "I do," as well as a few intimate details from the ceremony. In a recent blogpost,The Pioneer Womansaid she spent an extraordinary amount of time getting ready for the rehearsal of her second-born's big day in part due to the weather. "It's a good thing David's mom and I spent two hours on our hair for the wedding rehearsal!" she joked, adding that there were wind gusts "of 28 mph." Come time for the big day, Ree was prepared for the wind. Sharing a selfie on her blog while getting her hair done, she explained she opted for an updo to combat the weather. "Wearing my hair up this year! It's a wind thing!!" Wind aside, the rest of the wedding festivities appeared to go off without a hitch as the Food Network star documented the rest of the rehearsal, toasts and sweet family moments, noting the "Last time Ladd and I were at a wedding rehearsal, he was in a neck brace!" She also shared a photo of her deep pink mother of the bride dress, which featured statement sleeves and buttons down the back. "I love a puff sleeve," she wrote. Other photos Ree happily shared included snaps of floral arrangement and decor, as well as the bridal party, who wore a cool sage tone, and of course, the rest of the Drummond fam celebrating the couple. Along with Paige,Ree and her husband,Ladd, sharethree other biological children—sonsBryceandTodd, and daughterAlex—and one adopted son,Jamar. While Bryce, Todd and Jamar tend to keep a relatively low profile, Alex—like her sister and mom—isactive on social media, documenting all of herlife's biggest moments, includingher own wedding day—which was held in the same location as Paige's, just four years ago—and thebirth of her first child, daughterSofia.
