Austin Butlerhas set pulses racing after the trailer for his new film,Caught Stealing, dropped on Wednesday. The actor, best known for his role asElvis Presley inElvis, is looking much different these days after getting buff for his newest role. Butler stars alongsideZoe Kravitzin theDarren Aronofsky-directed thriller about an ex-baseball player who "unexpectedly finds himself embroiled in a dangerous struggle for survival amidst the criminal underbelly of 1990s New York City, forced to navigate a treacherous underworld he never imagined," according to the official description onIMDb. The Oscar nominee is known for going the extra mile to get into character and admitted that he studied Presley for two years before taking on the iconic role. So it's no surprise that he's also put in the work to take on this new character, Hank Thompson, a former pro athlete who looks like he's never missed an ab workout. Butler's fans also noticed his newly chiseled physique, as many ran to X to join in the conversation about how the actor is looking these days. One X user even posted a clip from the upcoming release to make his point and wrote, "AUSTIN BUTLER THE HOT MAN YOU ARE." Of course, there were naysayers who weren't swayed by Butler's fine form, like one X user who wrote, "Looks generic, boring, trying to be cool. Pass" Another criticized the film for failing to utilize theJane's Addiction song of a similar name, "Been Caught Stealing."
